Estate Planning Coordinator
Jordan Renkowiecki is part of our estate planning team, where she assists with client communication, intake, and the coordination of the estate planning process. She helps ensure that clients feel welcomed, informed, and at ease from their first interaction with the firm through the completion of their planning.
Jordan brings a strong background in the service industry, where she spent many years working in fast paced environments centered on customer care and communication. She also holds a real estate license, which has further strengthened her ability to assist individuals and families as they make important life decisions.
One of Jordan’s favorite aspects of her role is getting to know the individuals and families the firm serves. She values the meaningful connections that are formed through the planning process and enjoys being part of each family’s story.
Outside of work, Jordan is an active member of Crown Point Tri Kappa. She loves to read and dreams of one day owning her own cozy little bookstore. When she’s not reading or spending time with family, you can often find her at Wrigley Field; her favorite place to be.

Pam Weberg brings nearly four decades of experience in estate administration and estate planning matters. She provides knowledgeable guidance and a reassuring presence to clients during what can often be a difficult and emotional time.
Drawing on her extensive experience, Pam has a remarkable ability to navigate complex situations and help families find practical solutions to challenging problems. She is known for her resourcefulness, attention to detail, and commitment to helping clients move forward with confidence.
Whether addressing unexpected obstacles or answering difficult questions, Pam takes pride in ensuring clients receive the information and direction they need during important life transitions. She is also a Certified Elder Care Coordinator.
Outside of the office, Pam has been happily married to her high school sweetheart for over 35 years. She has one son and a wonderful daughter in law, and she is a proud grandmother to two grandsons who keep her busy and bring her great joy. She loves spending time watching her grandkids and making memories with them.
When she’s not with family, Pam enjoys being near the water, especially spending time at the beach and snorkeling whenever she has the chance.

Angie Kosiek serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Estate Planning Director. In her role, she meets with clients to explain estate planning documents, answers their questions, and walks them through the signing process. Angie enjoys making complex legal concepts easier to understand so clients can make informed decisions with confidence.
A graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Angie brings a strong service oriented mindset to every aspect of her work. She has been a dedicated member of the O&N team for over 12 years and plays a vital role in overseeing the firm's day to day operations.
Known for her attention to detail and commitment to excellence, Angie helps ensure both the client experience and internal processes run smoothly and efficiently. She is dedicated to creating an environment where clients feel comfortable, informed, and well cared for throughout the estate planning process.
One of the most rewarding parts of her work is seeing clients leave their signing appointments with confidence, knowing their plans are in place.
Outside of the office, Angie enjoys walking and spending time in nature. She also loves spending quality time with her husband, their two daughters, and their dog.

Leslie graduated from Lewis University in Romeoville, Illinois, where she majored in Social Work. She spent 27 years working in long term care, gaining extensive experience assisting seniors and their families as they navigate the complexities of aging and healthcare.
Today, as a certified elder care coordinator, working alongside an elder law attorney, Leslie works closely with clients and their families as they face the challenges that come with aging. Drawing on her decades of experience, she helps families evaluate their options, connects them with appropriate resources, and advocates for quality care.
Leslie plays an important role in bridging the gap between healthcare, legal planning, and family decision making. Transitioning into care coordination has been one of the best professional decisions she has made, and she finds tremendous fulfillment in the difference this role allows her to make in the lives of the families she serves.
Outside of work, Leslie enjoys gardening, attending baseball games, and spending as much time in Florida as possible.

Melissa serves as a Long Term Care Planning Coordinator and is often the first point of contact for clients who need long term care planning services. She helps clients understand each step of the process and assists families as they work through the complexities of long term care planning.
She has been working in the Medicaid field for the past year and a half and is a Certified Elder Care Coordinator, which allows her to better serve the clients and families who turn to the firm for guidance.
Melissa takes pride in offering reassurance and practical assistance to clients during what can often be difficult and stressful times. She enjoys helping families find answers and move forward with greater confidence.
Outside of work, Melissa enjoys being a mom and embracing the chaos of everyday life. She also loves photography and enjoys capturing special moments and memories through pictures.

Cinde serves as the Director of Long Term Care Planning and Medicaid Coordinator at O’Drobinak & Nowaczyk, P.C. In her role, she oversees and assists clients and their loved ones as they navigate the Medicaid application and annual redetermination process.
Cinde works closely with families to help them understand their options and move through what can often be a complex and emotional process. Before joining Amy and the team in 2022, Cinde spent 33 years working in long term care.
Her extensive experience gives her a deep understanding of the challenges families face when planning for care and applying for benefits. She takes great pride in the relationships she has built with clients and their families and values being a trusted resource during important life transitions.
Outside of work, Cinde has been married to her husband for 36 years. Together they have three sons, and she is a proud grandmother to her granddaughter, Ella. She especially loves spending time with her granddaughter and making memories with her family.

Paralegal
Debby Seldomridge serves as a Paralegal at O’Drobinak & Nowaczyk, P.C., where she is responsible for drafting clients’ estate planning documents and incorporating each client’s individualized customizations to ensure their plans accurately reflect their wishes.
Debby has extensive experience in estate planning. From 1997 through 2004, she worked with the firm as an Estate Planning Signing Agent, conducting trust signings, drafting documents, and handling follow up work related to clients’ estate plans.
She later spent 17 years working as a paralegal for the Department of Justice. In 2022, during semi retirement, Debby was invited to rejoin the firm, returning to the work she previously enjoyed and bringing with her decades of knowledge and experience.
Outside of the office, Debby enjoys spending time with her husband, Brian, and their grandchildren. She also loves being outdoors, especially spending time at the beach, and you can always find her at the table if a card or board game is being played.

Marie serves as the Marketing Coordinator and Administrative Assistant, where she has been a valued member of the team for over four years. In her role, Marie supports the firm's estate planning, elder law, and Medicaid planning services while helping expand the firm's outreach through marketing initiatives and community education.
Known for her organizational skills, creativity, and willingness to tackle any challenge, Marie plays an important role in keeping projects and initiatives moving forward. She enjoys finding ways to connect the firm with the community and educate families about the planning opportunities available to them.
In addition to her marketing responsibilities, Marie assists with client intake, seminar coordination, and administrative operations. Whether organizing an event, coordinating a project, or finding a creative solution to a problem, she takes pride in seeing things through from start to finish while helping ensure clients feel informed and cared for throughout their planning experience.
Originally from Calumet City, Illinois, Marie moved to Crown Point, Indiana in 1990, where she continues to live today. She is a proud mother of two and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
